About Us
Department of Anaesthesia and Critical Care provides inpatient anaesthesia services in Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar Seremban, which includes Inpatient anaesthesia services, Outpatient anaesthesia services, Non-Operating Room Anaesthesia (NORA), Critical Care review and admissions, and lastly management of both Acute and Chronic Pain.
Our department mainly operates from few main sites, including our General OT complex (Temporary relocation to ACC OT due to renovation), Intesive Care Unit (ICU) Anggerik (Level 5) and ICU Cempaka (Level 6).

Departmental Objectives

To ensure the delivery of excellent perioperative care, critical care and other related services with reference to the latest standard of care.

To educate patients and colleagues from various departments regarding the services of Anaesthesia and its role in providing quality care and assisting in rehabilitation.

To schedule regular Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions to keep all healthcare personnel abreast with the latest updates in patient management.
